Deposit Non-Refundable:

In case of cancellation. If you decide to cancel your reservation, the deposit paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Within 24 hours. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without any additional charge.

Provide the contracted service according to the agreed specifications.

Maintain the boats in optimal safety conditions.

Have trained and certified staff.

Adhere to the agreed schedule and duration.

5. Limitation of Liability

Motech Trajineras is not responsible for:

Lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour.

Weather conditions that may affect the experience.

Pre-existing medical conditions of the customers.

Inappropriate behavior of other visitors.

6. Weather Conditions

In the event of adverse weather conditions that endanger safety, Motech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service without penalty to the customer.
